Custom parameters toolbar is the way to go.

Hello Sobiya,
Custom parameters toolbar means that you have to implement your own UI that will collect the input from the users and after that you can pass this data to hidden parameters in your report. That way you can still use our report parameters but with your own UI. For more information on how to set the report parameters programmatically please check the Using Report Parameters Programmatically help article.
