Hello Hoang,
The Vista theme was designed to not show grid lines. Howerver we felt that we are depriving the users from some basic functionality and we will be introducing a functionality to show / hide both vertical and horizontal grid lines to match your specific preferences. Grid lines will mill make their appearance in all themes with our Q2 release.
