Hi,
When RowValidating fails and IsValid set to false.
The row gets fixed and set last updated cell comes back in edit mode.
In my application, I want to set THAT cell in edit mode which caused the error, not the last edited one.
Because of the nature of validation rule, I can validate only at row level. The CellValidating will not help.
