[Solved] how to remove the default style of gridview

hi,

 in grid view  by default i can see an black  color style  applied on columns on mouse over it show an(yelow or orange) color.
  i need  to remove these color and need  to apply my style. is there any setting or property needs  to b e done
 any help would be greatly appreciated.
