How to remove/disable Tabbed document from RadPan Context Menu

As with many things in this world, the act of going and asking someone for help leads one to think along a parallel line and figure the solution out themselves.

This has yet happened to me again... the answer is of course CanDockInDocumentHost.

I was setting it in the wrong place.

I'd rather be able to make the menu choice go away, but disabling it is a whole lot better in my situation than not.
