Sorry I'm new to this, I can hard code a checkbox into a cell. but when it's binding to a source, I don't know how to add it. Would you give me an example on that so I can study it?

Sorry I'm new to this. And it's not a column, It's a row. I just want to add a checkbox in a cell.
