How to perform actions on checked rows?

I have an MVC Telerik grid with rows that have a checkbox at the beginning. I have buttons on the page for actions like "Delete Selected" or "Take ownership" etc. The problem is, I don't know to post back the list of checked rows to the Action since the buttons are on a different form than the grid.

I would think this is a common scenario.
