how to handle button's click event in Radgridview template column?

i have two buttons in a datagridview template column. i seted the command and commandParameter properties but i don't know which event of dataGridview i should use to handle these buttons.in asp.net we had RowCommand Event but there wasn't.
when i set the command and commandParameter properties, it stops working and through an error

can you give me a complete example of putting a button in radGridview template column?
