How to get ZoomLevel from Scale and viceversa?

Hi Team,

I am trying to convert my application from Bing Map control to Telerik RadMap control. But i stuck at one place.

Bing map control has  MercatorUtility.ZoomToScale and MercatorUtility.ScaleToZoom methods which returns zoomlevel from scale and viceversa. i didn't get any method which returns me zoomlevel or scale in telerik.
I am using Silverlight 4.0. and Telerik RadMap control version 2012.1.326.1040 (i.e. RadControls_for_Silverlight4_2012_1_0326_DEV_hotfix)

Please give me the solution asap.
