I'm doing some SharePoint administration, and I have to figure out how to enable RadEditor for a whole site collection, not just a single site. Is this possible? I've already tried changing the scope in Feature.xml (see original thread), but it didn't work.

Hello,
The problem is that our editor only checks the current web to see if the features are enabled. It does not check the site collection level, so changing the scope will not work. I will ask the devs if it will be possible to do a check at the site level as well. This should cover the scenario where you change the feature scope and enable it at the site collection level.
