how to edit Template?

In Expression Blend 4, Edit Template -> Edit a copy but nothing happen!
Please tell me how to edit Style

P/S: does it have custom filter row in Q2 2011? I can't see it anywhere

I have exactly the same problem using the RadGridView but also using the RadWindow.
You put me on the path of the solution, thanks!

When I remove the following line from the radgridview tag it is possible to extract a template:
telerik:StyleManager.Theme="Metro"
