[Solved] How to do save through grid footer and how to add popup to grid column

Hi All,

 

1)      How do I do The Popup Screens in Silver light rad Grid like my old application is having this in Before pressing Detail column + symbol PopUp1.JPG,After  pressing Detail column + symbol PopUp2.JPG?

2)       How do I add  Grid footer and Add The Rows like What I am doing  in Images While pressing on grid footer row  Grid footer1.jpg, While enter and values to grid footer row  Grid footer2.jpg, After saving the  row  I the grid footer Grid footer3.jpg.

Please let me know how do I achieve same functionality in Rad grid .

Hi,

 Straight onto your questions:

1) You can create your own column either using CellTemplate or the approach demonstrated here and on this button click you can open for example RadWindow. 

2)  You can use columns Footer property to declare anything. You can check this demo for more info.
