In order to change the font color you have to edit RadRibbonSplitButton's style.Please find attached a simple project. If you have any further question please do not hesitate to ask.

I got a Bug,when I use the Expression Blend 3 to edit the RadControls state MouseOver ,Expression blend throw a excepion.But state press is OK.All of the RadControls have this problem!Can you fix this bug.

We are aware of this problem with ExpressionBlend and RadRibbonBar.
By the upcoming SP1 release which is at the beginning of December this issue will be fixed.
