how to change row font color on mouse over and selected ?

Hi,
I have changed the default style of RadGridView's Row style , changed the mouse over color (Gold to Red), but the font is not looking properly when over color changes to red, i want to change the font color to white when over the row. Same thing has to be done with Selected.
I am unable to see the any content presenter in the RadGridView's Row Style,
How can i do this ? please let me know.
