The ProgressCaptionText in the header can be defined at the begining. Once the upload file is compleleted, the header text has changed to "Upload Done".
Could I change the header text "Upload Done" to something else?

Hello Jimmy,
Currently you cannot change the RadUpload's title. If you explain a bit further what you are up to we will try to find a working solution for you.

Our requirement is quite simple, just want to change the wording on header text from "Upload Done" to "Upload Complete".

Such a functionality will be available in our 2009 Q1 release when the Uploader will be a localizable control. The release is due in several weeks.
