How can I bind data when UseDefaultLayout = False. I've tried to change the DefaultView's ChartArea but didn't work. Then non default layout is simply a grid with only one custom chartarea.

That scenario is not coverted in the current version. We are actively working on feature, that will enable advanced binding scenarios.

Any ETA on when we can have advance bindings enabled in this scenario?

This feature will be introduced with the Q3 2009 release that is scheduled around November.
