How to Bind data to the RadGridView Header content.

Hi all,

I'm new to Telerik. I got an issue with RadGridView.

For example, I'm having the "ACADEMIC YEAR" datas from the database. if I want to Bind the years as

"GridViewDataColumn.Header" content. How?

Please anybody can guide me to bind the Header of the column, would be much appericiated.
Please let me know, if more info need.
