I am interested in using a 3rd-party masked text editor control for the data input into some RadGridView columns.  Is there an example of how to attach a custom editor to a column in the grid?  This 3rd-party masked editor control looks very similar to a TextBox, and I believe is derived from TextBox.

Also, I would highly recommend that Telerik develop a masked-textbox control some time in the future, as I use such a feature extensively in applications.

Hi GEB,

We will be releasing a MaskedTextBox control with our upcoming release Q1 2009 in a couple of weeks. RadGridView will have integrated editor that uses this control. Since attaching custom editor to RadGridView is quite cumbersome, I would recommend waiting for our release. If you need to use the third party control, please, let me know and I will try to provide you with an example.

Sincerely yours,
