[Solved] how to apply local forder assembly into the project

hi,guys

    i have a problem about how to apply local forder assembly into our project ,actually i can add the assembly  to our project ,there are three assmebly ,Telerik.Core.dll,Telerik.UI.Xaml.Chart.dll,Telerik.UI.Xaml.Primitives.dll,but it does not work when it run , the error is "Telerik.UI.Xaml.Controls.TemplateNotAppliedException: Exception of type 'Telerik.UI.Xaml.Controls.TemplateNotAppliedException' was thrown.

   at Telerik.UI.Xaml.Controls.RadControl.VerifyTemplateApplied()

   at Telerik.UI.Xaml.Controls.RadControl.ArrangeOverride(Size finalSize)

   at Telerik.UI.Xaml.Controls.RadChartBase.ArrangeOverride(Size finalSize)"  

could you guys help me solve it or tell me how to solve it ,very emergency,thanks ahead of time
