How replace request content?

I want replace this hex  values with another. How make it?

The HexView Inspector has three modes. Readonly, Overwrite and Insert. The inspector is in Readonly mode except when the Session is paused at a breakpoint or unlocked for editing. In order to set a breakpoint, follow the Breakpoints in Fiddler blog post as there are many ways to do this. Additionally, we have a video for working with Client Requests and Server Responses.

Alternatively, it is also possible to Search and Replace the HTML Content as shown in the Modify a Request or Response documentation.
