I am trying to release the same app build to multiple users, I am using an ad hoc distribution certificate. one week ago i published the new version. now i need to add more users and more ipads.

These are my steps.
Go to developer.apple. com and add the UDID, then add it to a profile, then download the new .mobileprovision file
On telerik app manager, use that new file9.mobileprovision) with my old .cer file, click settings and on the ios part i enter the new provision file, the old .cer and the cer passwrod.

However I'm getting non stop "cant resign" try later"

Do anyone knows is this is the right process?

Hi Gene,

From the communication in the support thread you had opened, it seems like you had this problem resolved. For anyone else interested in this scenario, the problem was most probably due to a temporary downtime of the re-signing service on our side.

If you encounter such an issue in the future, you can check http://status.telerik.com/ to see if all services are operational at the moment and then look for problems with the provisioning files.
