How do I turn off the file save on the radupload control - sending file data to the database instead

I am trying to figure out how to turn off the file upload in the radUpload control because I am saving the data as binary data in a database so I don't need it on the hard drive at all.

It must be simple but I am new to this control and a quick answer would be appreciated.
