[Solved] How do I pass selected view model pack to controller action method??

I need to know how I can pass a selected row's view model back to the controller's action method.
I have spent about week researching this problem and have found no answer. All the answeres I have found have been either passing invidual item or some wierd way to do it the does not work. I have seen this same question I have am asking on other posts with either no answers or answes that do not answer the question asked.
SO THE QUESTION IS

Using the telerik mvc grid how can a selected row's view model be passed a controller's action method.
