According to the docs (https://github.com/wf9a5m75/phonegap-googlemaps-plugin/wiki/Phonegap-Usage) it requires a parameter to be able to use it with Phonegap/Cordova CLI.
How would I do that with AppBuilder?

Hello Jan-Dirk,
Since the last release of AppBuilder last week it supports plugin variables out of the box so you can pass your parameters from the Project Properties/Plugins page.
