I would like to get v416 of the framework, but the download links just take me to v309. Are the service packs only for the commercial version?

Hi Sean Cross,
Yes, they are. However we often attach service pack builds without source code in the forums. Here you can download the 416 build.

How about 2010 Q2 SP1 (v2010.2.930)?
