I want to customize pagination items like attached Image, but I can change look n feel but I can't change position. Is there any way to customize pagination item position.

This is currently not supported out of the box. The pager items have fixed position in the grid markup.

Thanks Atanas. This feature is very important to us, based on this feature management will decide to go with Telerik MVC product or else. Could you please confirm if there is any plan for future implementation? And how long it will take?

We don't plan to implement this in the near future (for the next major release which is due in November). I will log it as a feature request and further consideration.
