how can i set TimeMarkers dynamically when EditAppointmentDialog pop up?

can i change the TimeMarkers and Categories dynamically before EditAppointmentDialog form pop up? how?
can i change the TimeMarker's EmptyText dynamically before EditAppointmentDialog form pop up? how? 

may be there is a different Timemark list for each appointment.

Hello Lee,

What exactly do you want to change? Do you refer to the text in the EditAppointmentDialog shown in the screenshot? If so, you could change it very easy using localization. You can find more information about the localization in our online documentation.
