Thank you for using Telerik RadControls for Windows 8!

Currently the template of RadPaginationControl supports only horizontal orientation. In order to display it vertically you need to override:

RadPaginationControl Template
LeftArrow Template
RightArrowTemplate
PaginationListControl Template
PaginationItemIndicator Template

For more convenience I have prepared a project specially for you which fits your requirements. Please, find the attached file.
