How Can I change Grey Backgound Color For RadGridView in IsEnabled Status

Hello Ahmed,

 
You can enable and respectively disable RadGridView, GridViewRow, GridViewCell. However you perform these operations on a UI level only in GridViewCell. Thinking in this way to achieve the desired result through
editing the template of GridViewCell and change the Border named Background_Disabled in an appropriate for your use case manner.

You may find attached an example that demonstrates this approach.
