I have a wcf service on  my silverlight application and i wish to display the busy indicato while this wcf service is doing any kind of request ( this wcf service is on my app context)

You can call the methods of the service call in a separate thread. For that you can use the BackgroundWorker class and the BusyIndicator as shown in this online demo.
