How and where do you report bugs in Telerik products?

Dear Telerik Team,

Let me where you report a bug in Telerik products? When I go to http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets/contact-support-team.aspx it says me to choose a product. I don't have one directly linked to my account.

I don't think I can report a bug with substantially confidential info on the public forum right?

 We are really sorry for the late reply. Our support tickets are confidential (http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets/available-support-list.aspx) but as you cannot use them, you can submit a general feedback here: http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets/general-feedback.aspx . It is only between you and us, too. I hope that would help!

But wouldn't general feedback cause the bug reports to be lost in the ocean of messages you may be receiving per minute? Basically the bug report I may submit on a specific issue with RadCombo may be like a needle in the haystack if the submitting page is a general feedback page. Any solutions?

After upgraded the Kendo new version, the detail template is shown the same information for each parent.

If we select and click detail then it shows the correct information but we don't select and click detail then showing the wrong information.
