When hovering over the bar value in RadGridView, the entire Silverlight application zooms and the mouse is then hovering over the wrong bar in chart. The zoom effect is maybe 2% zoom, but enough to be irritating. Any ideas?

I am not sure I followed your question completely. Does this happen in a specific online example? Can you please provide more details about it?

It is on our intranet.
Maybe it is an IE 8.0 issue.
When I hover over a bar in the RadChart to get the tooltip value, the entire silverlight application gets larger by about 2-3%, and when it does, my mouse is no longer over the original bar I hovered over. And when I move the mouse toward the next bar, the silverlight application goes back to its original size until the cursor is over the next bar. Then it zooms in again.
This happens on the development machine. When published, the published version works fine, so this is not a high priority except when testing.
