Horizontal Scrollbar With No Records

The problem I am having is if you scroll to a column and then filter on that column if the result produces no rows I do not have a horizontal scrollbar to be able to scroll back to that column and remove the filter.  Is there anyway to scroll through all of the columns even when there are no rows in the grid?
