Horizontal alignment of the header is not left when load

The header is not left alignment when open the window,as the picture 1 to picture 2.
How to fix it?

Hi Xiaofeng,

 Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce such issue. Could you please take a quick look at our test project and let us know if we have missed something? We tested both with Silverlight ChildWindow and RadWindow. You can also modify it so that the problem occurs.
