[Solved] hierarchical MVC Grid With Crud Operation

We are creating a grid with 3 or 4 hierarchy level, grid getting bind, and CRUD operation are working every much fine with first node and it children at any level, but other node it behave very differently, for other child  if we try for add new record it always shows the field at the top most parent , and if try to edit the record text boxes comes up with blank values.
