[Solved] Hiding grouping indicator column

We have applied a background color to the HeaderRowStyle and have made all other columns transparent so that the background becomes visible.  When selecting a column to group by (in XAML in our case), a new column appears that uses the default black color.  Is there a way to prevent this column from appearing or to change its style?

This part is GridViewHeaderIndentCell, which appeared when you perform grouping or when you have a hierarchical data structure in RadGridView. You may alter its appearance either by creating a simple style or by predefining its template using Blend. If you want to remove it you should edit the template of GridViewHeaderRow and delete the IndentPresenter which is responsible for displaying these cells.
