The easiest and quickest way to edit the header of RadWindow is to use a HeaderTemplate. More information can be found here.
If you would like to entirely dismiss the header (though, please remember that Minimize, Maximize, and Close actions are associated with buttons in the header) , you could just leave an empty border in the data template.
