How do you hide the primary key field of a column when Adding?  On edit, I want to show the value of the primary key, but show it read-only, so fine I add .ReadOnly() to the column.  But when I am Adding it shows zero read-only.  I don't want to show it at all?  Perhaps I have default turned on somewhere that it automatically shows zero?

This an ajax bound grid so custom Editor templates don't work.

I attached a screen show to illustrate.
