Hello veena,
RadGridView has a property called IsReadOnly. If that property is set to true users will not be able to add new rows. In addition to that there are several other properties that allow you to fine-tune the behavior of the grid - CanUserFreezeColumns, CanUserReorderColumns, CanUserResizeColumns, and IsFilteringAllowed
