Hello,

I have a problem with this control when focus is received and my NumberGroupSeparator value being ignored.

The correct value is kept when focus is not on the control, but once I tab or click into it I get the default NumberGroupSeparator. e.g. 10000 turns into 10,000 when focused on.

Is there a way to disable this so it keeps the NumberGroupSeparator value always?

Kind regards,

James.

Hi James,

Unfortunately we do not support such feature, since it will require a regular expression to check for the valid value which in fact will turn into the MaskedTextBox control we have. We will consider your scenario for our future development, and we will resolve it as soon as possible. However, it will not make it for our next official release. Thank you for contacting us and we look forward to hearing again from you.

Hi Hristo,

Thanks for the reply.

I look forward to this change in future, as what I'm trying to do with the RadNumericUpDown control is display a financial market price which can be moved up or down. The way prices are displayed is always without a group separator. So a price like 5250 wouldn't be displayed as 5,250, it just wouldn't make sense to my users.

Kind regards,
James.
