Hi all,

I am using a RadGridView and grouping by two columns (Year, Period). I am still very new to the Telerik Silverlight Controls!

I have 2 questions and am hoping some one can shed some light on it.

1) I want group footers shown for one grouping (Period) but not for both. What is the best way of doing this?

2) I want both grouped fields to be filterable. The grouping is acheived by using the Group Descriptors property.
Do i really have to add a duplicate column to achieve filtering on this field? This is what it appears like from an initial look.

Any insight much appreciated!

Hi Adam,

Find attached a sample project.
It shows how to show/hide the group footers depending on the column you group on (if you group by Name - the group footers will be shown, otherwise not)

Also, it illustrates that you can still filter the columns you have grouped on.
