We are grouping a gridview using <telerik:RadGridView.GroupDescriptors>
Its giving raise to black color header in the gridview.
What needs to be changed to make the color of the group header to be the same as the column header

You may take a look at the following online help article which will answer to your question.
In other words you should modify the element named GridViewHeaderIndentCell, which appears in GridViewHeaderRow when you perform grouping or when you have a hierarchical structure in RadGridView.
