GridView Select Row and Column

Hi,

I want to select multiple rows in grid so have set grids  SelectionMode="Extended"  On Selection of any row I have to select full row so I have set grid's SelectionUnit="FullRow" property, but on same Grid If select any column/cell then i want to select that specific column/cell also. Can it possible to achive to select FullRow as well as Column/Cell also? 

If it possible please tell me any sample code to achive this.
