Hello,
I have this grid (in the attachment.)
When the grid gets dsplayed first time. I want to be able to show the firs link (circled in red) to have a differnt color because I am displaying a chart on the page.
I have been playing with GridViewRow but I can't figure out how to navigate the grid and change the HypelinkButton format.
When the page is loaded there is only one row (header). How can I make sure that all rows are there when the page gets loaded.

You may take a look at our demo demonstrating how to implement the idea of Template Selectors - in your case - GroupHeaderTemplateSelector.
As for your second consideration about the visibility of all available rows, I would need more information about your specific requirements and scenario, so that I could suggest any further.
