GridView FilterPanel Issue

Hi,

I'm using RadGridView , I have realized on some of the columns the filter panel doesn't work and errorIcon would be display on the bottom left side of the browser. The bellow description is what I get in ShowDetails message :

Error: Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application Object reference not set to an instance of an object.  At Telerik.Windows.Controls.GridView.FilteringDropDown.OnDropDownPopupOpened(Object sender,EventArgs e) at Telerik.Windows.Controls.OpupWrapper.OnPopupOpened(Object sender,EventArgs e) at MS.Internal.CoreInvokeHandler.invokeEventHandler(Int32 typeindex,Delegate handlerDelegate,Object sender,Object args) at MS.Internal.JoltHelper.FireEvent(IntPtr unmanagedObj,intPtr unmanagedObjArgs,Int32 argsTypeIndex,Int32 actualArgsTypeIndex,String eventName)
