As per you GridView Filter Demo http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#GridView/CustomFilterRow , we can filter the data at column level. But to implement this we required Telerik.Windows.Controls.GridView.Filter DLL , but we donot have this dll in our licence copy.. Please let know how to implement this functionality.

There is no additional dll for this demo - just a code part of the demo itself.
