Hello Hristo,
Thanks for your response. Sorry for not making it clear, but I was referring to the attached .jpg look and feel. I was wondering if it was possible to achieve that in Telerik. (Please note the absence of the column to the left of ID. If it is optionally possible to not have that column, so it is more seamless and thus able to achieve the look and feel like the attached grid).

Hello Umaa,
You can remove the Navigation column by setting RowIndicatorVisibility="Collapsed". Check this example for reference where the Navigation column is hidden. In the same example you can also group the grid and set the Vista theme to see whether this is close to the look you are looking for.
