[Solved] Grid Inserts Blank Rows in Internet Explorer

I have a 2 level grid Hierachy and ToolBar defined with  command for inserting.

When I have blank values and hit insert, it does not insert any values in Firefox or chrome, but inserts a blank row in IE

how do I fix this issue in IE?
