[Solved] Grid Grouping / Template question

Hello,
I have a grid that is grouped by a client name (see attached picture).  Is there anyway possible to change the grouping template so that I have one add button for each client?  So I want it to have either a button or link or image I can take action on next to the client name like:

Client Name: Bill Brown                    Add
Grid row 1                                    
Grid row 2                                    
Client Name: Julie Smith                   Add
Grid row 3                                    
Grid row 4
