I have an Grid that ajax bound in a partial view
After changing the view engine to Razor, I now have the attached display issue with the footer. However, the master page is the same, so all scripts, content *should* be identical.
What is the best way to diagnose/fix this issue?

This is solved by installing the latest version of the Controls.
